God does not reject you a broken and repentant heart
Psalm 51:1-17
This psalm is actually David's humble prayer for forgiveness and purification. It is a clear example of repentance in all scriptures. His repentance was brought through Nathan's ministry which God had sent to prove his sins (2 Samuel chapters 11 and 12). He knew that his deed had offended many people. But because of David's repentance of those sins, God graciously forgave him. No sin is too greater to be forgiven! Can you feel that you never come close to God because you have done something bad? God can forgive you in any sins that you have made. Only you just need to go before him with a compunction heart. David's repentance was real and deep. The sacrifice God desires is to broken spirit. He does not deny you a broken and repentant heart.
In yesterday's blog I have already said there and again I urge you to remember this line- To the world anything that is broken is useless, But for God things that are broken are useful and precious.

God never despises broken and contrite heart (verse. 17). A broken and corrupt heart is the true sacrifice of a person who decides to turn from the sins, to forsake sin, and to have complete trust and confidence in God. No matter who we are or what sinful state we are in, God loves us and He wants to go to Him when we are broken. He is able to make us the person He really wants us to be.
