Mary chose to do the right thing
Mary and Martha
Do you sometimes feel that you have done so much that you cannot spend your time to learn something about Jesus?
Luke 10: 38-42
The story
when Jesus and his disciples were in the house of Mary and Martha, who opened the door to him, Martha was busy preparing food and serving everyone. Mary decided to listen to Jesus. Martha was angry with Mary and asked Jesus, “Lord, don’t you care that my sister has left me to work alone? Tell her to help me!”
Jesus instead says "Martha, you are worried and despair about so many things, but one thing is needed indeed the most. That Mary chose to do the right thing, Which won’t be taken away from her.”
Moral
Don't let the anxieties of the world get in the way of your relationship with Jesus.
