Unplanned ride from Pedong to Phaparkheti

Unplanned ride from Pedong to Phaparkheti

Since from a long time back we (friends) were planning to go out for a ride. and eventually it happened after so many plans and hindrance. We are planning more rides in future.

Even though it was a short ride but it was the superb ride so far. We had been through tremendous funny incidents. some incident was like; unknowingly one Girl with her Scooter smashed our Scooter's back. and while returning home from the place called Phaparkheti. The road was completely filled with puddles of muddy water. Because of that muddy water I had experienced the 360 degree stunt for the first time in my life.

Weather was upset, Gloomy skies, rainy day and the chilled weather but was quite fun. At first we enjoyed the weather and everything around us but eventually we were not being able to notice anything because of the scotch mist and the upset weather. Everyone was missing their mere bed despite enjoying the ride. Later we were totally drenched by the rain but we never stopped having fun.

Few glimpses of our trip have a look

LOCATION: PHAPARKHETI

It is always a good start of journey with the Hot Black Elaichi Tea.
Do you feel that way too?
Rs. 10/- per cup (Elaichi/Cardamom tea)

We had a good time together!

Paparkheti is a little off- beat location in the North Bengal hills of West Bengal, India. Daragaon may be reached by travelling towards the hills after passing the Terai regions from New Mal Junction. This village, located at around 4000 feet above sea level above the Teesta in the Eastern Himalayan foothills, is probably among the last refuges for all those seeking a calm corner away from the bustle & hustle of the modern world. Located at an altitude above sea level, the temperature in this village is pleasant all year.

Scooter ride is kind of fun. Isn't it?

Paparkheti gives magnificent views of the Terai and Dooars areas over the far horizons, with numerous mountain summits covered in dense fog and clouds. On the one side of Paparkheti, the route cuts through Rishyap, Lava, as well as Kafar with in the Kalimpong hills towards the lower part of the Gorumara Wildlife Sanctuary.

You can see the upset weather here..
