Day 4
RANDOM QUESTIONS INTERVIEW WITH PS TITUS RAI
INTRODUCTION:
1. DIPEN: What motivated you to serve God.
TITUS: During my ministerial journey there was a phase when I got saddened by seeing my friends, brothers and sisters who had surrendered their life to Christ but in the end they ended up being the same person or we can say they returned to their previous life as they were living. Or in other words when they again started living a barren life.
5. DIPEN: How was your experience stepping into a ministry? Have you ever regretted or thought of quitting the ministry?
TITUS: By the ‘Grace of God’, people observed my life as a living testimony, I was becoming the inspiration to many to look upon God which eventually lead me to take a step further or closer to Yahweh. Those experience to become someone’s inspiration to look upon God was/is so amazing and blessed, “YES” there were times of bitterness during the ministerial journey but it never stopped me from getting closer to God. “NO” I never regretted on my decision to serve God because as I was stepping into this ministry I had already made up my mind that no matter what I would never give up serving God.
6. DIPEN: Why did you decide to become a Pastor?
TITUS: In ‘Word of God’, God has allowed us to go all over the world and spread the good news of Gospel, God didn’t only say Pastors, apostles and so on, but he commanded to Go, and I think that “Go” is for all the believers who believes in Lord Jesus Christ as a savior. I would not like to call myself a Pastor, but a compassionate human being and a Good Shepherd as I am Trying, Learning and Doing what Lord has called me to do.
7. DIPEN: What are the leadership qualities/goals?
TITUS: Everyone has their own understanding regarding the leadership but according to me a leader is someone who does not think of himself, who is selfless and who gives the priority to serve others. Let’s take a good example from the ‘Holy bible’ where before Jesus was being crucified he did not asked his disciples to wash his feet but instead he himself washed their feet here we can see how selfless he was. He did not asked to be served but instead he served.
8. DIPEN: I have heard that you are also in social work, so what things inspire you to take such step especially during this pandemic time we can see that you are socially very active helping people so taking so much of risk why do you choose to do it?
TITUS: Let’s start being Practical, as our God in Heaven didn’t just preached but he was practical too. He helped, he fed, he healed and sowed the heaven. So let us acquire the qualities that our Lord Jesus had. God bless you all!
