I am defeated

 I am defeated

"I am defeated " or "I will  never overcome from it" or "I will not get over with my sin" - is a common question that I've been hearing from many of my folks around since from the long time back.

We have all gone through a time's where we have repeated the same sin or mistake over and over again. Although you tried to overcome from it, but you often failed. Maybe it seems that your prayers aren't working either. At that moment you might have thought that it was over now of everything. Statements such as "I will never overcome it" or "I will never get over with this" or "I am defeated" are common when it comes to dealing with people who commit repeated sins. We must not forget that no one is perfect except God (Psalm 18: 30). Therefore, sometimes it is possible that we may fall even if we don't really want to. Paul cried out, "I don't comprehend my own deeds... but the fiendish I do not want is what I do. I am a Wretched man!  Who will save me from the collection of death? Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord! (Romans 7:15-25)

No sin is so great that God cannot eradicate it from our lives (Jeremiah 32:27). You have to believe that 'God can,' most rehabilitation centers assure you, 'you can,' that's alright, but you need more than a 'you can' attitude. That is you need to believe that 'God can.' The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 10:13 that no temptation has overtaken you that is not common to any human. God will not allow us to be tempted beyond our strength and  along with the temptation He will provide us the ability to endure it as well as,  We must understand that we cannot escape from the temptations, but when God is close to us, He will definitely help us to overcome those trials and temptations.
