Prayer is crucial

Prayer is crucial

Prayer is another crucial spiritual element that we need to fill ourselves. Paul wrote to the Thessalonians, "Always rejoice, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus (1 Thessalonians: 5:16-18). Our prayer life reflects on our spiritual strength." Someone has rightly said, "A Christian who does not pray is a powerless Christian." One way to receive God's power is through a life of prayer. Prayer is not just a routine or a one-time affair but needs to be continuous. Prayer is the key to unlock - I can't into I can!

God speaks to us in many ways and most importantly through His Word. But in prayer we can talk to God and He hears. How sad it is that our prayers are just being a routine and we unknowingly try to make God our watchman. It is not possible to face temptation without constant prayer. When we pray, we are meditating on God and his divine things, in prayer we are paying full attention on the things above and nothing else. While praying we even entrust our struggles to God and surrender before him our many burdens of life that we cannot bear on our own or handle by ourselves. Some bad habits and addictions are not so easily that we get rid of it;  but it too needs constant prayer to overcome. Prayer turns our eyes on God alone and helps us to focus on what God has will for us, as well as we will get our vision to live for. So Dear Friends, I urge you to stay connected with God in constant prayer life so that you can live a victorious life.

Prayer life is not just a routine to accomplish but it’s a spiritual ingredient that we need to fill ourselves to become more tastier than before!
