Never allow your grudge overwhelm you
There was a boy named Marcus who had a very bad temper. His father decided to give him a bag of nails and said that during the times of high temper, he had to hammer it into the wall. On the first day, Marcus hammered nails on the wall.
He gradually began to control his anger over the next few weeks, and the number of nails he was hammering at the wall gradually decreased. He found out that it was easier to control his anger.
Finally, the day came when Marcus did not get rid of his anger. He told his father, His father suggested him, keeping under control your anger, remove the nail every day you have hammered till now. The day passed by and Marcus finally told his father that all the nails were removed. Then his father grabbed his hand and led him to the wall and said.
"You have done very well, my dear son, but look at the holes on the wall. The wall will never be the same as before in the same way when you speak in anger, you leave a stain like this. Saying Sorry more often times after offending someone doesn’t matter to a person you spoke out bad words in your anger. That’s why before speaking any single word It’s mandatory to think thousand or more times.
“Control your anger, and don't say anything to the person during the times of your high temper, so that you regret it later. Some things in life, you are unable to take back. Once you said it never returns".
In Bible, God advises us to get rid of anger because it will ultimately lead us towards sin.
