God's promise to Abraham

God's promise to Abraham

Abraham is known as the father of nations, but some time ago Abraham realized that he would never have children.

The Old Testament; The Book of Genesis, chapters 1 - 2

Story

There was previously a dedicated righteous man who would come down and honor God. Unfortunately, the one thing he didn't have was a tyke. He longed for the baby, and when the Lord promised to make him the father of many nations, Abram was happy and his guarantee was strong for the young. However, many years passed and her significant other, Sarai, still did not give her a baby.

Sarai persuaded Abram to marry a Egyptian sailor, Hagar, while trying to take things into his own hands. Abram did that, and Hagar became pregnant. At that point when Tyke became pregnant, she was called Ishmael.

This was not a child of the guarantee, because the Lord guaranteed that the baby would be for Sarah, and he would make Abram happy through her. In no time, three people came to visit Abram, who showed them an extraordinary neighbor. These people were really God and His Blessed Messengers who had come to deceive. They told Abram that a year from now, Sarah would have a son. Sarah giggles, because she thinks she's too young to be old. The Lord likewise gave Abram and Sarah a new name, and since then they have been known as Abraham and Sarah because Sarah refers to the "princess" and she will become the mother of many nations.

The Lord remained faithful to His commitment, and together with one year from now, a child was the destination of the inn. They named him Isaac, which means she ran away when she heard that Sarah would have a baby.
